Wyoming MLS provides its members with innovative tools, systems and products.
By doing so, Wyoming MLS enables its membership the ability to provide accurate up-to-date information in order to promote cooperative real estate transactions and to disseminate information to the membership and their clients.
About the Wyoming MLS
The Wyoming Multiple Listing Service is a computerized network of more than 250 cooperating real estate offices, located across the state of Wyoming. Within this service, hundreds of professional REALTORS®, both brokers and their sales associates, share listing and sale information, and work together to serve the buying and selling public. The Wyoming MLS is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Casper Board of REALTORS®.
As a REALTOR® owned MLS, the Wyoming MLS adheres to strict guidelines recommended and mandated by the National Association of REALTORS®. Since MLS is an ever changing business, the Wyoming MLS operates in a manner which satisfies the needs of its participating REALTOR® members, the requirements of the law and the interests of the buying and selling public. The Wyoming MLS strives to offer its members with the technology and tools to enhance their productivity and profitability.
The Wyoming MLS provides its REALTOR® members with the most important tool necessary to do business in today’s competitive real estate market. We offer our members the Paragon MLS™ system, which includes the foundation for a powerful MLS program and the many tools real estate professionals require to prosper in their business. From online MLS to IDX Smart Framing to MLS Mobile access, our cutting edge MLS system helps our members be competitive in the real estate market and provide their clients with up to the minute real estate information.
Through the cooperation of it’s REALTOR ® members, the dedication of its Board of Directors, and dedicated staff the Wyoming MLS has grown to be one of the most successful MLS’s in the state of Wyoming.
